Recommended Maintenance: Maintaining your 15XT will extend the life of the air gun. Properly store the air gun unloaded, on safe, without CO2 in the gun, and in a dry place out of the elements. The 15XT does not require special lubrication, but it should be cleaned on occasion as instructed in the 15XT Owner's Manual (see below).
BBs and Ammunition for the Daisy Powerline Model 15XT
The Powerline 15XT is made to shoot .177 Caliber Steel Air Gun shot such as Daisy Precision Max BBs or other BBs of Similar Quality. The 15XT has a built-in magazine capable of holding up to 15BBs. Use only BBs in the 15XT. The Daisy Powerline 15XT does not shoot any other type of ammunition such as Pellets, Darts, or other objects.The Powerline 15XT has two built-in 3/8" Dovetail Mounts. There is one on the upper portion of the air gun just in front of the rear sight, and there is another under the barrel. These Mounts make it easy to add accessories to the 15XT like an electronic point sight and/or a Daisy Laser Sight.
